Bottom end torque please

   Hi all, need the torque for the bottom end bolts please, main bearing caps.
   
   (NOT CON ROD BUTS/BOLTS)
   
   Havent got my haynes to hand and need to know before i leave work today so i know what it is when i get home, haynes isnt there either
   
   Also what size socket is it, this is less important though
