#2im prety sure it can be done.but dont know about price.
did you try searching? -
#3A lot, i looked into it as i was in the same position as you, you have to replace the whole front leg, driveshaft and rear axle. If you want to convert it to a vtr or vts, which i wanted to do, you hace to reconnect all the brake hoses at the back. Much more hassle than its worth, i think. I got quoted £150 + cost of a driveshaft. That was from a scrappies and that's with no labour of fitting it all. Plus you have to get the bits off the cars yourself. I just found a set of 3 stud alloys in good nick and brought them.

#5Don't think I've ever seen a nice set of 3 stud alloys tbh.
When I had my 1.1, I got it converted for between £250-£300... -

#7I found a set on ebay for £150, they were multispoke, and i lowered 40mm with 195/45/15. There are some on here if you look in the for sale section

#9Of course it can be done and it doesnt cost that much if you just want to swap the stuff straight over.

#10Leave it until you get can a bigger cc, like the VTR, im trying to sell mine at the moment, im in Ireland, its a 1.6 tho not much good for you though seem your 17, even though insurance group is low on them,

That link is my entire progress thread for my 3 stud to 4 stud conversion.
If you just want a straight swap without any hassle then itll probably cost:
£150ish for a full rear axle, you may aswel upgrade to disks on the back while your at it, 150 is for a fairly complete one
£50-£75 for some front suspension legs
£200ish fitting if you dont fancy trying it yourself.
Driveshafts WONT need to be changed atall, if your front legs dont have the right bearing to fit your driveshaft then you're best changing the bearing which costs about £30 for a pair, rather than replace driveshafts at £200+ a pair.
Id be inclined to change the bearings anyway tbh as if they arent 100% then you wont pass an MOT if theres any play.
Then on the rear if you change to disks then your original brake lines can be extended slightly to cater for this, it costs virtually nothing to do that, a whole new brake line is only £25 and thats if you buy it brand new from Citroen. -
#13just checked out them alloys, looking well i pm the seller their, how much are they worth??Quote:
