Got a Rage Exhaust!

    Hey guyz i got myself a Saxo vtr Rage exhaust from this tyre company near my area... it sounds nice but i can hear my induction kit more than the exhaust!? is there a middle silencer on the vtr mk2? and should i get the rage full system? im thinking of it.. maybe decat to.. not sure.. need as much advice as possible! cheers guyz if u can help!

    hi mate was the exhaust u got a univeral one or was it a direct replacement, as i have thought about gettin a universal box and havin powerflow fit it will a new centre section with the silencer

    yep.. centre section change and decat wil make it sound alot nicer mate

    yeah full system will make it sound much nicer! id get a full system made by the same maker as the box,but think there are better makers than rage!plus u'll get power gains from full system!

    oh seriously? how much by? i heard about de-cattin will make ur car go faster.. but wasnt sure how much bhp more!? you guyz got a rough idea how much?

    decat will cost about £60, which is a DIY fitting job.
    will make the car sound beefier and feel more responsive. Made mine a lot louder, then the centre section change gave it a burble and pops a bit.

    aight ppl i have recently bought a full scorpian imola 3.5 ich system (cat back) and it has bin on car for about 3 weeks now adn i am very dissapointed as it dus not sound any louder than my standard one, y is this. help wud be much appreciated

    it must sound louder!what saxo u got?even a back box alone will make it sound louder!when i had my 1st back box on the car it was alot louder than the standard! dont have a clue why it wouldnt tho!

    I've got a Supersprint centre section (without silencer) with a Magnex backbox and its much louder now that i've got the centre section on than just the backbox on its own!

    its a vtr saxo, honestly its fucking shit, £350 only thing dus it at low speeds it burbles abit but scorpian are supost to be one of the best
