how do you get the vents out the middel section :S

   well today i thought i would colour code the interior so i have the bits out but the middle section with the cig lighter etc etc how do i remove the vents from this part ?!

   As you look at the side of the vents from behind (both sides), there are two pins that need to be removed (one each side). once these are out, the vent will come free.

   watch out with the two pins tho, they can snap really easily

   If you pull them straight out with a pair of pliers then you should have no problems (they're metal btw)

   no u just grab the pins with pliers and pull

   They just come straight out IIRC... Its been a while since i took mine apart for spraying. Havn't stuck it all back together yet

   Get some pliers mate, grip the little things poking out at the pivot point and just pull, they should come undone, just decided to do mine. be careful not to snap them tho
   
   and keep them safe

    ...btw after removing the buttons on my dash i noticed one of the buttons which was fake third one in i think had a fake button on it but did have a plug for a button to be plugged into....does anyone know what this is as i plugged my rear heater screen button into it and it lit up noting it was working
