dunno where to start!!

    just purchased 1999 1litre saxo (mark 1) completely standard. i want to lower it and add vts alloy wheels,. how low should i go? how must i think about side skirts that havnt been added yet? and ne tips on the springs? any help would be greatful.

    40 mm mate, as on the flat arch saxo's (yours) you'll get tyre rubbing otherwise.

    take a look at my progress thread mate.... might give you some ideas then.... is your car 3stud? if so you'll need to convert to 4stud for vts alloys which suddenly becomes rather costly.... as for side skirts if your staying flat arched you dont need to worry, if your going for a vt* kit then providing you aint dropping it like 120mm you aint got to worry
