Right went out 2day to get me some 106 door trays to fit to my stripped saxo what the best way to fit these? take it you have to drill holes into the door n then just screw the bolts in and i take it the screws self tap into the holes?

Also looking for some plastic to fill up the holes in the door etc was thinking of using carbon fbut is way to expensive is there anything else i could use that is black like maybe some black plastic and were can i get it from because i have looked every were B&Q/wickes etc?

hi mate, if you look at the bottom part of the door (where the 106 bin is to go), you'll see the holes that the poppers of the standard door card popped into.

then near these there's some indented bits, and if you look at where the holes are in the door bin, they line up with these little indents.

i just drilled tiny little holes in each of these, and then used self tapping screws, with washers behind the heads to secure the bins in place.

quite easy and no reall hassle at all.

    hope this helps buddy.
