brakes

   hi there i just got an 106 gti engine for my furio and when i put in me thinks im gna need sum more stopping power. i was looking at the gti 6 brakes will these fit on my car and what will i need eg just the calipers of disks aswell???????? hope you can help.

   Fair play for doing the conversion mate! That'll be an animal compared to the 1400! Lol
   I had a Gti180 as a company car and the brakes on that were phenomenal! God only knows what they'd be like in a little saxo!

   gti 180 i have them on mine and i have had the other aswell the gti 180 are good but they lock up with just a touch of the brake pedel lol!! they dont need any mods to fit to my car i know that the gti-6 ones you have to file a little of the carrier away though p.s both brakes need 15's alloys or above to fit them to your car mate hope this helps..
