Take your time, dont rush them and beat the synchro as it will just crunch etc..

double clutch and use a bit of throttle.

in all seriousness if ur not confident dont try it as ull probably crash and die and im not being held responsible

For downshifts you can use your left foot for the clutch and use your right foot to brake and also blip the throttle between shifts..

This is dangerous if you get it wrong though..lol

Like james said blip the throttle for dropping down gears as your engine will need to run faster. They will drop when u depress your clutch so to get a smooth up change, you will need get the timing right. Also if ur accelerating hard you will never get a perfectly smooth gear change not even in an automatic (unless its got kind of a double clutch). When the power is taken off the wheels for the time of the gear change the car will rock forwards and then backwards. Hope this helps.

Don't rush gearchanges, make sure clutch is properly down and give it some throttle as you bring the clutch back up. I found Saxo gearboxes can be a bit crunchy at first but with practice you will be able to go down a few gears at a time smoothly.

keep it smooth through the gears and you will be fine.
