Both of them cost about 50 quid, sounds alot but then thats all the prep work aswell. I would have done it myself but I spent 25 quid on spray paint once for my grille and I ended up having to get it done professionally... it actually only cost like 20 quid, so would have been cheaper in the first place lol

Btw if your looking to go black I would just get the anthracite one from OMP

Ebay strut bracer, this is where I got mine from:

    http://search.stores.ebay.co.uk/Stru...890433QQsofpZ0

Doesn't look like he has got any of that type in at the moment, but keep checking there a proper seller, so get them in all the time

Just to let you know mate, the finish on the strut braces from new arent really
that good. The paint doesnt take long to flake leaving the metal bare to rust.

IMHO its always best to get them sprayed up properly before fitting to avoid this!

i found that mine are ok and haven't started chipping or flaking yet and i haven't had them re-sprayed either, tho they will be coming off to get colour coded hopefully.

get them powde coated too mate, stronger and longer lasting.

Give it time lol. The bottom one surely will.
  15. #15
yeah, it prob will, but so far *touch wood* i've not given it a clout!

How much would it cost to get an upper brace powder coated approx?
  17. #17
umm, it can vary greatly, depends if you know them r where you go.

i know some powder coaters and luckily i either get it free, or if its tubular stuff, i pay £4 per meter tops!!
