Halfords dont even do common parts

    Hi everyone i went into halfords the other day to buy a sump washer for an oil change and they said it would cost me £12 because it needs to be ordered in ffs!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Wher do any of you get them from??

    Any advice cheers

    I dont bother renewing mine lol just bosh some sealer around the plug!

    There was a large selection last time i looked but didnt notice Saxo ones.

    GSF or Frencos would be a good bet.

    Yeah i only went to one halfords so mayb it was just thm. Was it on the shelf then? if so what was its code? size? cheers

    i didnt think halfords did them off the shelf. they have a very select variety of sump washers... if you go to citroen they keep them in stock and just tell them what car you have and they'll get you one

    Got mine off the shelf in halfords too, 2 little copper ones in a packet

    Its in the 'autobar' section of halfords rather than the oil + filter part of the stores... (the area with all the little bits from electric connections to tape etc)

    Walk into your local garage/workshop they'll probably just give you one. Take your old one with you.

    Well i asked them about clay i knew they had it i just wanted to be a cooky so and so and they didnt know what it was used though he thought i might of been making a model of somthing.

    Always try use Motaquip as your motafactor, Peugeot Citroen own them and there parts for Peugeots and Citroens are always just the same genuine part rebagged or boxed.

    Really i use motaquip parts and tbh there shite lol but there cheap.
