3 point harnesses - fitting

   Looking at getting some reclining sports seats in January for my car... Ideally i would like 3 point belts too, but can i fit these and still have the rear seat belts working fine etc? I don't often have people in the back of my car but i don't want to do something that would stop me having the possibility of people in the rear!

   You could if you made your own mounting points in the rear using spreader plates etc, but i wouldnt go that route..

   You cant really have a harness and people sitting in the back at the same time, but you can get harnesses that unbuckles at the back bit so people can sit in the back but you would have to wear a normal seatbelt while they are sitting there. like this:

   YOU CAN! i have 3 point sparco harness and i always have mates in the back. the harnes is attached to rear passenger seatbelt (if your sitting on the drivers side, the harness would be on the left of you) vise versa. all find a pic

    I know what he means, but then that will mean the people in the back will have a harness in their face..lol

    mine are attached to the rear seatbelt behind me, ie drivers side harness attached to the rear passengers seatbelt on same side if that makes sence
