   what cam shaft is the best to go for i've ported and polished the head but unsure what cam shaft to put in it i took out the 100bhp? whats the best one????

   and denz it depends on how the car is going to be used, if its an every day driver you dont want a harsh cam

   well it only gets a good thrash very weekend i use it only if its raining to drive to work but i want the car to have the grunt/power so i am not too sure
