Pre tensioner

    Just fitted a side mount seat, swapped the pretensioer over by bolting it to the sideomunt etc. when removing i just unclipped the electrical plug, fitted it on the new seat and reconnected it up again. Now the airbag light is flashing. Ive checked the connection and everything is fine.

    Do i need to reset the ecu or anything, or disconnect the battery for a while?

    if its connected the light should go out. maybe try the battery disconnect for a while. if it doesn`t go out then there`s something wrong. got to be a bad connection, unless you somehow managed to set them off.
