ok just successfully won a 35mm drop kit on ebay which cosists of gmax springs, front and rear dampers.

before i fit it is there anythin i need to adjust like the power stering pipe or somethin?

also will it just be a case of replace front shocks and springs then bung on the rear dampers... job done?

spray wd40 on your rear torsion bar

    keep doing it

you'll find it easier when you come round to adjusting it

done that twice and put a 30ton body jack to get it off it just wasnt having it

front is pretty easy just need to take the wheel off, undo struts where the you put the upper strut brace on and pull out and put new springs and shocks on and put it back through where the struts are tighten them up and put wheel back on and it's done you may need to get your car tracked to, the rear i would get a professional to do.

yeah should do the job til i can afford a decent set

will cost around 60-100 pound to get tortion bar lowered
  14. #14
found some people who r helping me do it when its time to.

you dont need a strut brace
a strut brace is purely for looks really
  16. #16
A lower brace is more beneficial to handling. Top one will help but its not as noticeable as the lower.

so should i just not bother at all with one then?

would it increase the handling noticably? i tend not to drive anywhere there is harsh corners or pot holes and am cautious if and wen i come across a harsh corner.

my typical driving is straight roads, motorways and bypass'
