   1. What is the best exhaust kit. (Sorta stupid question)
   
   2. What different factors on an exhaust kit change its performance outcome.
   
   3. Did i hear somewhere that the peugeot rallye sport exhaust was "the best ever" for saxos?

   1/ Go for a race one.. (purely designed for power rather than looks - usually lighter too)
   
   2/ its design.. its all about flow
   
   3/ Its not the be all and end all.. Other options out there that fit better to a saxo and perform just as well if not better.

   Everyone has different views and opinions, but once one understands fully how an exhaust system works and what factors change between them, one wont be able to make a "perfect" decision that is what i am looking for

   my mate used to have a milltek system on his 106 gti and tbh it was a better job, than my other mates supersprint one on his 106 gti

   are there any legal drawbacks of the full supersprint system?
   
   Just been told by Citroen that my exhaust (after 92k) wont pass the MOT in Feb. Hole has developed in the mid section apparently. Although I only heard the hole AFTER I picked the car backup from them.
   
   Citroen want £320 for a full replacement. £200 for the Supersprint suites me. £120 for installation? surely not, but I'll have choice flexibility over the Citroen price!

    your cat is in the manifold so there shouldn't be any problems at all legally. You can use the full race system Get some axle stands and fit the system yourself if you want to save some money.

    trance head. On your car it will be. The cat is in the manifold so this will go from the manifold back and will be fine.
    
    If you later change the manifold for a performance one (without the cat) then your system will be illegal
