When i get my GTI-6 setup would it be worth running new lines inside the car with the adjustable bias.
If so what would be needed?

alot of effort to do, why though? do you feel you want to adjust the balance of the car from front to back>

you are thinking about selling your car so not worht the ball ache imo.
espec as you dont really need an incar bias valve.
