right have done a search and couldnt find anything useful. i have a drip coming from the sunroof winder, the bolt inside this is rounded so i am unable to remove it. anyone got any ideas how i can remove this.

guessing once this is removed i will have to remove the whole roof lining to solve this problem?

I've just done this repair.. You need to be able to remove the torx bit inside the winder. If you want to completely get rid of the leak then you will need to remove the roof lining and then completely remove the sunroof.

You'll find that your sunroof is leaking because of a blocked drain, I couldnt blow mine out with the air compressor, and I didnt want to remove the wing to get to the pipe..

Remove the sunroof and build up plenty of silicon sealant so that water cannot get between the drain and the handle, when you look you'll see what I mean.. water cant get straight from the sky into the car because you have the sunroof seal, but water comes in when it cant drain away.

To get the rounded torx bit out, I suggest drilling it out..

I did this fix about 2 months ago and not a drop has come in the car since.

    Yes, I have some pictures..

When you remove the sunroof you will see this..

Put sealant where I have put red.. problems all solved..

when i had my 106 i had exactly the same problem, took it to a garage and to clear the drainage problem they poked it with a stick and blasted air down, but it didnt work for long ): never got a permanent fix im afraid, so i sold the car! haha! hope it helped a bit anyways..
