Need some ideas...

   I am noob to modding as i have only just my mk1 1.1 saxo for christmas and I need some ideas of easy or quick mods to do. I am trying to more simple things to do and colou coding the car.

   give a budget mate then people can start giving you their opinions and what sort of mods are you looking for ? are you looking to get better bhp ? or to make cosmetic mods ....

   get it lowered mate, do all the cheap mods you can, have good read through the guides, get a decent headunit, amp and components, and then id just leave it and save for a vtr/vts

   well basically all you have to think about is the prep mate
   
   sand it down well, use some plastic primer, sand again, keep repeating this till you get a nice smooth finish,n apply a few coats of paint, wet sand with some very fine grit paper between coats, make sure you let it dry fully though, final coat of paint and dont sand, then apply some laquer
   
   all you need to remember is to take your time and make sure you dont get drips or else you will have to sand it all down and start again, do it in a garage and free of dust, hang them up whilst spraying if you can because stuff settling on the surface is the biggest problem, thats why bodyshops use booths
