standard air box

I've recently been figuring out about trying to fit a raceland induction kit to a mk1 vtr and I've came across a small problem which im not sure about and I havent read anything about it on the forums so I thought I'd stick a picture of the problem on here and get some answers as to what to do.

In the pic is the standard air box and what I want to know is what to do with the pipe the arrow is pointing at when fitting a raceland induction kit?

Thanks for any help as it is much needed.

take it out and put a breather on the inlet manifold. unless there is a little pipe on the raceland u can put it on?

There is a pipe on the raceland you can put it on but mine was at the wrong angle so still ended up putting a breather on.

what should be done with the second pipe then, the thin crinkled one?

should be a connector thing on the raceland to put it on, the 1 from the rocker cover you mean?

If the thin crinkle one is the one i think you mean that is the Oil Breather pipe

That thicker one in the pic could the air flow thing...cant think of the technical name lol

The thick pipe at the back is the crank case breather. Not sure if you can put a breather on that... when I fitted my BMC I attatched it back into intake as it is when standard.
    Hope this helps.

Pop the '?' piper into the induction kit, then for the pipe going to the rocker, stick a breather on the rocker and block the other side of the pipe that goes to the manifold.

    Jobs a good en
