Mk1 center section?

   Ive currently got a peco back box and I want a more raspy noise as its a bit deep at the moment and plus I want a bit more of a free flowing system so Im looking at one of those Supersprint Center sections from Kamracing, my only concern is about the CAT by fitting the center section will it remove it?
   My Vtr is the blacktop mk1!

   I believe it does get rid of the cat.

   bugger, So the Cats under the car then, say i go down the manifold route does that get rid of the CAT as well?

   Im pretty sure it does mate.
   By removing the CAT you get a morte freeflowing system

   Thats what i really want but I cant be arsed with chopping and changing back to the standard cat at MOT time lol too lazy

   Befriend an MOT tester. It's a bit of a bugger mate but it does make a difference to the sound/ perfromance.

   Will be lighter that the original mild steel pipe
   Universal fitment and you can keep the OEM Cat with the above pipe
   The SS centre section will free up the gases a bit and give that raspier tone that you and me are both looking for
   
   Very easy to swap back for the MOT if you want to opt for the Race pipe
   
   Combine this with a manifold if you havnt got one to free up a few more horses and the exhaust tone will be a little bit raspier at the same time

    Part number 23-30-03 is the supersprint centre pipe which allows you to use the o/e cat

    I think Race spec Centre Sections replace the CAT dont they as just a straight through pipe?
