What Mirrors...

  1. #1
    As Above.
Full respray going ahead soon, so i need Mirrors sorted.

Do i keep std's (Mirror Caps aren't removable, so could be difficult spraying)
    Use My DTM's

OR - Buy some more, Whats the best Type?
Open to many Suggestions on this, nothing with the indicator in them or anything like that..

Other Option is smooth the Standard ones, but not sure how I'd do it!
    Cheers

personally i like the mirrors with built in indicators, sort of merc style, they are available online pre-sprayed, should be able get a pair for close to £80
  3. #3
    Not a fan tbh mate!
  4. #4
    std's all the way
  5. #5
depends on the overall look your after to be honest.
I do like the DTM mirrors, although subtle would be to keep the standard mirrors.
  6. #6
Would Smoothed std's look any good?
Can't remove my mirror caps, so could be an arse to spray!

Want my Dimma Grille Smoothed to my bonnet if possible too, so could look good together?

smooth is very euro, so yes I think would look ok. aslong as its done well
  8. #8
    106 or standards
  9. #9
Yeah thing is, the car isn't going to be too Euro..

Orange and Colour Coded, May Smooth where the VTR Badges go on the door panels, Hopefully Smooth Grille into Bonnet, so I don't suppose Smoothed mirrors would be bad, Don't suppose you know where i could find a pic of this done?
    Cheers

  11. #11

  15. #15
    No worries..
Looks good though, Get a general idea on the whole car tbh mate!
  16. #16
I would just spray your standard mirrors it wouldnt be that hard to mask the caps up.
  17. #17
Might have a go at smoothing them tbh mate, shouldn't be too much work!
  18. #18
i would go for the dtm style, i have them on mine and they are good, very easy to see out of, and look very smooth with the car and dnt stick out like standard! just my opinion but they fit in more with the car
