#3Make sure you clean the lights and use de-greaser so the paint will stick to the lights better.Also if you tint them to much it will fail a mot.

#6are you using normal paint? its best to mix it with loads of lacquer, or use proper tinting spray. They usually dry lighter than when you paint it

#8sorry yeah proper tinting spray i just shocked at how dark its gone with just one coat on a trial light.
