Best enclosed air filter

    hey guys, before i go any further, forget raceland, i keep reading about how much of a pain they are to fit and they dont come complete with all what u need to fit it ( which i think is stupid!)

    so bar that what is the BEST enclosed induction kit you can buy, mainly for performace but with a good sound to

    Always loved the BMC. Mine felt so much more responsive in the power areas than the Pipercross I had before.

    i was actually thinking of going for the pipercross viper kit as i have a pipercross kit now but it sits right at the back of the engine, NOT GOOD!!! i like the look of the raceland but if its such a C**T to fit, why bother

    so BDM you say? how much will this set me back, as i was going to go for a KnN 57i with a cold air feed pipe

    no as its the same filter you would put in the Raceland, price diff....im not sure

    well on my vts i got a piper x viper vfc enclosed induction kit the one with cold air feed, its not loud unlike the piper x vector cone type i had on my mk1 vtr but it works (slightly better bhp) and looks good under the bonnet too.

    What about the ram air carbon ones there like BMC's they any good?
