door cards.....

   ok, i'm really lost when it comes to doing this, this is really cheeky, but as i'm not a premium member (yet!) i can't get to the bit about re-trimming doorcards. and i can't find it anywhere else, all the search engines put me back here! i'm at a dead end!
   
   If someone could PM me or e-mail me simple instructions, and recommended fabrics, i would be VERY greatful!!

   lol your right thats cheeky i used leather, you can pretty much use what you like. Once the door card is off it will become more clear what you need to do

   well....what i done was...i drilled the bits that melt the card onto the door trim. is this right? and does the old material just peel off?

   Havnt got round to doing it myself yet...
   But i wouldnt imagine it just peels off...
   best just to trim straight over the top with a thinner material...if your planning on trimming in leather, then you better get your ripping hands in gear... coz your gunna have to try and peel that shit off...

   i put the leather straight over the top of the material that was already there, no problems whatsoever and its been like that for well over a year now
