Raising the boot

   Dunno if this has been done before - i have a boot poper kit for my saxo but when the button is pressed I want the boot to automatically rise open how can this be done - struts of a bigger car with heavier boot ? ? ?

   prob have to modify a set of gas bonnet lifters, or get some customs ones made up.
   
   Seen it done before.

   On my dads bmw 318ti it opens by a push of a button so you might be able to get the struts off one of them to make it work.

   as said gas lifters would be needed or like hydraulic lifters

   You will need some uprated lifters , did this on my nova a few years ago

   anyone know what lifters are the same size etc... as the ones on our saxo's ?

   There is a popper kit on ebay that WILL pop your boot fully open. cant remember link but its definately there
