What To Do With My Rockers *poll*

    Im having a bit of trouble trying to decide what will look right/good in the engine bay. What does everyone think?

    Heres the engine bay as it stands at the moment:


    Right my choices are Polished rockers which i have sitting in the garage:

    My only concern with them is keeping them clean and corrosion etc

    Or im thinking powder coated white rockers? Its different and if you've seen my car you will know i have white wheels and chevvys etc so would match.

    But theres also other choices like black? that would look pretty good too.
    Any help me out?

    mine after a 5 min sand and polish, not total bling still rough in areas but much much much fucking better than what they were



    thats how much i polished them can still see bits of shit.

    So imagine if you do a proper job on them

    Spray them a lush Kandy/Wicked red colour

    You know you want to

    That manifold could be heat-wrapped and covers cleaned up and painted in general to get a better look to the engine bay

    did you use wet and dry? if so what grit.

    would autosol alloy polish work on this.

    i say do them red fading into black, someone on here or SSC did them like that and it looked quite good imo

    othre than that id polih them or paint them black

    paint them graphite grey, and powder coat the strut brace graphite grey too IMO

    i quickly used 400, then 800 then 1200 then used standard autosol not the luqiud stuff but the cream. Literally a 5 - 10 min job. will do them properly to get them proper bling in the summer.

    I mite do this today as im very bord and i think my rockers are the only thing letting my engine bay down... Hmm can i be ased lol

    i say what ever u like if u waqnt a long lasting shine ull need to lacer it or polsih very couble of months i personally would paint it but make sure to remove all the shite

    Ive made my mind up now Going for a very dark metallic purple, its actually black to look at until the sun hits it.
