Fuel Pump not priming

   put a new vts engine in and its started every time. and i was messing with the fuses under the dash ask my blower and PAS arent working.
   
   Now my fuel pump isnt priming therefore the car wont start. iv checked all the wiring under the bonnet and it all seems good, checked the fuel pump fuse in the engine bay and thats ok.
   
   Can anybody tell me if theres any fuse under the dash that control the fuel output?
   
   iv cut my wires undere the ignitionand joined them but my blowers and pas still hasnt kicked in.
   
   Any ideas would be very helpful.

   where abouts is the fuel pump earth mate?

   i'd check it on the fuel pump side.
   
   Have you tried resetting the ECU?
   
   Are you getting an immobiliser light on the dash ?
