Saxo 1.1i

  1. #1
    Hey everyone.

I recently passed my test (well about 3-months now). First i had a blue 1.0 Saxo Desire limited edition but i had it written a couple of days before christmas.

I have recently brought a 1.1i Saxo and the colour is shocking. It's metallic green..

That isn't mine but its the same colour. I was just wondering can my car actually look good in this colour as i want to mod it inside but i want a second colour to go well with this awful green.

Also whats the first thing to start modding on? I have a 1000W Amp installed and 2 JBL 12" subs which i put in on saturday.

Thanks and good to be in this awesome community.

The color is mint ! it's a rare color .

If you want a second to go with it black is a good color to go with it .

Sure i'll take some pictures of my saxo and knock some photoshop pictures up to see what i can run with.

I'll be removing the door cards as i still have my old saxo down the drive i was thinking remove the door cards on my old one rub them down spray them and add a few custom parts and just replace my standard door cards on my new saxo.

I'll also be de-wipering it, sound proofing etc and colour coding at some point.

check out my progress thread to see what you can do with that colour i love it personally getting mine fully resprayed with that green again soon as my paintwork is in a shocking state now due to some serious modding going down best results i'v had so far was fitting black vt front bumper do it ftw as it looks amazing

Thats a kick ass saxo much happier with the colour seeing that need to get a vt* kit though. I brought a twin DTM backbox but was told they look bad on saxos any opinions?

isn there holes when you debadge?

yeah, but you're supposed to fill the holes, imho t-cut the badges, far cheaper than de-badging and looks better too!

lol i got a ton of plans just looking at yours tbh if i didnt see your car i would of re-sprayed it black. Sure interested in the 4inch ill pm you for details. Got my alloys on 6spoke but they are white atm.

Yea there are holes in my boot now from debadge but some body filler and perfect paint match will sort it. Also going to be removing tow bar and filling in the number plate area so its all rounded.
