engine mounts

   hello there.
   anyone had any problems with vts engine mounts. if so what were the symptoms. i have substantial vibration though the car

   i thought my engine mounts were loose when i felt a vibration through my gas pedal and my exhaust tailpipe used to dissappear under the rear bumper when i brought the clutch up fast to the biting point with the handbrake on.
   so i took it citroen and they said i needed a new fixing kit for the exhaust and the vibration was "something that was pressing against the inlet manifold" <<< there words a bit vague or what but it took em 2 hours 2 fit the fixing kit and 2 days to sort out the vibration and they said the engine mounts were fine ...lol
   cars great now..

   how much are new engine mounts and how easly are they to do?? does anyone know??
