Smoking mk1 headlights???

   I have read the guide for smoking fog lights, and im unsure if i want to put the light into the oven!!
   Dont wanna risk recking them!
   Any other way of getting the cover off or just bite the bullet?

   if its on not 2 high it shud be fine! cud try a hair dryer 2 melt th glue! dunno lol

   try putting black womens tights around them mate did it on his rear lights and they look mint it will work for the fronts just keep them tight with some tap at the back. plus it wont bust them like the oven idea lol unless theres an other way

   just put them in the oven i did mine the other week following the guide and they worked fine just put them on 150 for 3 mins then check to see if the glues going if your that worried, i put mine in for 4 mins on 150 and they came off a treat just watch out for the glass.... its bloody hot!

   buy some light tinting spray and spray the glass. looks good and doesn't break anything.

   i was a bit worried about putting mines in the oven. but it worked a treat. just keep an eye on them so the plastic doesn`t melt. and prize the glass off bit by bit.

    Hope the plastic doesn't go melting!
    BTW do i spray the whole inside black?
    Im assuming i leave the reflective bit with the bulbs on it yes?

    yeah just chuck them in the oven, dont leave them for too long though as said the plastic gets a little bit soft otherwise
    
    theres 2 bits inside - smaller bit around the bulb and another bigger insert. its the bigger one of the 2 you need to spray dont forget to buy some smoked indicators too

    no! you dont spray the bit behind the indicator bulb look on my progress thread and you will see what i meen

    Yea mk1 headlights mate.
    Can you not smoke the indicators yourself?
    How much are they if not.

    Any way putting them in the oven is ok just dont put it on to high and keep an eye on them also just keep having a look at them and see if they will spilt apart if they can then take them out and get spraying .
