K&N induction noise...

   I've had the 106 rallye inlet fitted to my vtr for a while now, the person i brought it off supplied it with an K&N induction kit is well. I used it for a while and it had a nice throttle body roar to it, recently i've brought a new K&N induction kit as the one he supplied was looking abit knackered.
   
   And with the new K&N, its not given the same throttle body roar....??
