rubber mounts?

   are the standard rubber exhaust mounts made of non-flamable rubber? will they melt? or set on fire?

   dont think they are non-flamable rubber but you wont melt them unless you use a blow torch lol

   so if that rubber was to constantly touch the exhaust pipe then would it set on fire or melt?

   more than likely yes it will melt if its directly on the exhuast, there should be hanging brackets on your exhasut.
