'Flaky' spoiler

   Just after a bit of advise guys. The paint has started peeling of my spoiler and gone really dull. Is this an expensive thing to fix? Thinkin of just calling into a spray shop and asking but just wanted to hear some opinions first

   its single pac laquer ,after about a year goes dull crazes and peels
   get it done properly
