#2yeh mate, iv got mine on 15's and had a little trouble with a full car, then i got it lowered and it was worse, but if u take a hammer to it and just bang out the rear arches the problem soon gets solved, or u can take it to a garage and get the inner lip cut but probably just best DIY bcos then u can save youself sum cash
give it abit of trial and error -
#3yer tis wot i done, best to try these things out for urself, gives you experience and confidence to do it again, and if u c*ck it up, u can always take it to garage, jus b careful and have patient!

#4heres mine -

like rick_saxo_smith, with the 15's i cud get 5 people in the car, but the arches rubbed but was still driveable. but since having the boot build put in, i can only get four people in my car - 2 in front, 2 in back.
will be looking into getting my car lowered soon and will be gettign rear arches rolled professionally
if u want any more pics, i can send you some -
#5Jamie1100cc how much was you front and rear bumper?? i want a simyler kit for my 5 dr saxo!
-
#6the front bumper is from the cliche kit - costs £150 i think
and the rear bumper is off of the Gladiator kit - costs bout £250
can all be viewed at AB Styling as this is where i got em from
my sideskirts are also off of the cliche kit - think they cost £100 -
#7how does your rear bumper fit your 1.1 if its a vt kit?? wont it stick out at the sides?? how much did it cost you to get them fitted and sprayed?? i really like that front bumper think i might get it!
cheers for you help! -
#8it says its for a vt* but they do it for a 5 door saxo aswell!! saw it in max power ages ago advertised to fit 'all makes of saxo' so i brought it. this is what it looks like from the back -
doesnt stick out at all
the front bumper is a bond over bumper, all you get is what is in this pic -
what has to be done is the standard spot lamps taken out, and the grille in the front bumper has to be cut, then the cliche bumper is bonded over the top and then sprayed whatever colour your car is.
all in all, it cost me £750 to get it sprayed, but thats coz i got it done at a local garage which is why it cost more, but it only took him four days to do it all. whereas, if you went to somewhere like triple x, i got told they charge £110 per piece of kit to be sprayed and fitted, but it may take 2 weeks for them to do it. so you have to compromise between cost and time
hope that helps -
#9cheers mate, its just a pain looking for kits for a 1.1 especialy a 5 dr, so any help will be good help!!when you put your 15"s on did they rub?i have removed the the 2 plastic bits that stick out under the arch, but im not sure weather i would have to remove the lip too?
