Had a few places refuse me, lowered 50mm 16" alloys. They suggested going to a proper 4 wheel laser alignment place. So i went to Elitedirect and they done it just fine.

If you cahnge the wheel size, i was told when i got my tracking done, wheel size doesn't affect it, only lowering. I got mine 4 wheel aligned at supertyres in maldon, charged £40 for it

Yeah it will be fine swapping the wheels to get the tracking done. It is only the track rods that they adjust, will not be affected by swapping wheels once it done.
