white dials

   how hard would it be to change a mrk1 dial over to a white backed one like this one on ebay..

   I think all you have to do ia unscrew the dash and you can get to the dials. I remember reading you must make sure you put the arrows where they came off or you could be doing 40, but it really is 30.

   my gauges werent working on my dials so i went the scrappy and got another set the same. i had to remove the plastic casing on the steering column just behind the steering wheel to get to one screw. Duno if it the same on a desire though!
