   Are these easy to Wire in etc?
   Are the wires likely to already be in my Furio?
   How can I tell and where would they be?

   you can wire them up the the wiring loom which correspond to the normal indicators... not hard job

   look in a haynes manual for the colour of wires of indicators etc.. wire them to that, shouldnt be hard

   Oh yeah.
   If i get my Manual ones sprayed, which'll be this week with the rest of the car..
   
   Could I remove the Manual internals and fit Internals / Glass etc From electric ones?
   Obviously as they're Electric and heated they're Generally better!
