    hi all,

Am stuck on what to do. Do i go for this bodykit:

    http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/Saxo-Mk1-Mk2-P...QQcmdZViewItem

Or do i simply buy 15/16" alloys and lower the thing???

Asking this as i want to get two big exhausts either side ( professionally done at longlife exhausts )

    Comments most welcome!

What car do you own now? A VT or a flat arch?
Either way you will ruin it. Keep the VT kit, or get one if you really want one. But first I'd lower and get some nice alloys and then take it from there..

They're not too bad. But yeah, the car will look alot better when it's lowered 40-50mm with something like them on... Try a search on here, sure I've seen a black saxo with them on here somewhere!

imo No bodykit, keep with standard kit.

standard kit buddy dont ruin it by sticking that kit on it and i have those wheels on my black saxo... work well you will need 22mm spacers for them

    not not not.....not!

if im getting 16" alloys..what spacers would i need to have, does anyone know?

    Thanks

Depends on the offset of the alloys you buy. Buy the right offset alloys and you won't need spacers. Make sure you get low pro tyres though then it doesn't rub on the arches

go for 195/40/16 tyres.. thats right isn't it for 16" alloys??

Heard toyo are the best tyres to get???

Thats right mate but i wouldn't go for the toyo's. I had then and as all young drivers when they passed there test hammered it evreywere. 3 months down the line they were down to the stitching neva used to wheel spin or fek all lyk that. Toyo's stick like shit but dont last if u want a mix of performance and durability id go for the dunlop sport a very good tyre mate.

i really dont get why half these people have a problem with kits.
kits are nice, the problem is with people who use the wrd "chav" anyone who uses that word is a fool .
id go for that kit, if u like it go for it too
