colour coding- help!!

   can u spray the black plastic bumper trims and door gaurds or will i have to buy new ones??
   
   also, whats the best way to lower my car about 35mm? iv got a 1.1x

   yes the bump strips can be sprayed if prepared correctly. What do you mean by "the best way"? If your going down only 35mm that will be fine on the standard shocks, any more than 40mm and i would concider having short shocks but jus repalece the springs on the frong and get the torsion bar to match the back.

   You can indeed spray the black bump strips and bumpers. Taking them off is an ordeal so you're best to cover the surrounding area
   
   As for lowerring 30-40mm is usually fine on standard shocks anymore and you may have to update, As mentioned.
