Dunno what you mean by best? They all pretty much do the same thing.
I had mine made up by powerflow when the exhaust was done at the same time.
GMC motorsport do a manifold also

GMC one is supposed to be great.. But you can get loads of different one. i.e: Ashley, Supersprint, and a custom one by Powerflow, as said. Out of interest mate, how much did your custom one cost ??
Im hoping to get a GMC one soon enough

gmc stainless steel one is probably the best one for your car given that it fits straight on with no fannying around with movign the oil filter, custom good but not specially tuned for the application like the gmc one

Seeing as Ive got a full powerflow system..
do you think it would be better (performance wise) for me to get a powerflow manifold, or just get a GMC one then ?

ive got the ashley one on my mk1, and id advise to get one from a company that has them made for them and tested not just a company that makes exhaust for sound and looks cause they are very difficult to make. Thats what i was told when i rang round for one to be made for my car! Up to you.
