Cracked Rear Light

   Okay, me being a complete dickhead reversed the Car into the garage tonight at a rate of knots and managed to crack the rear passenger side light. It this an MOT Failure?

   in simple terms yes if you have a white light showing at the rear,
   as a temp repair paint the bulb red or put red cellophane over the
   broken part

   I think I may have worded it slightly wrong, its not the actual bulb thats cracked, its just the light.. Sorry =S

   How do I do that? Do I need to buy a whole new light? I was gonna buy some tinted lights like THIS But I don't think they will pass the MOT either cause they're slightly illegal =S
