Revs and jerkyness!!

   Hi i have a eastcoast saxo 99 1.1i
   recently while the car has been ideling it has been revings lightly without me touching the gas pedal. Also while im driving when i push the gas pedal it sometimes doesnt make a diff and then suddenlyd oe smake a diff. Also if i keep my foot at a constant position on the pedal it will lose revs and slow down for a short while. It generally is very jerky.
   Has any one got any ideas on what this could be and how to solve it easily thanks. With easy help

   sticky throttle cable maybe

   could be
   
   check your idle valve, could be sticking.

   my cousins saxo had a stick cable and he just greased it up! seem to clear the problem up. as for the valve i dont know mate sorry
