vts - gmc TB kit....im curious!

   at the min my car is de-cat'd, good induction piped to the front using samco bend and stainless pipe, will soon have the newmans cams fitted and mapped.
   
   im interested in gmc's throttle body kit with stand alone dasktec, what r the likely power gains from a throttle body conversion??

   I dont think the kit is sold for bhp gains but drivability. This subject was a big old can o' worms on the ssc.

   The GMC kit does not come with a dasktec.

   Is that what people are selling as ported tbodie It looks as if they have just cut half the spindle off and cleaned it.
