Looking to lower my vtr back and front just wondring the best way and how much do you recomend,

by removing the torsion bar is the right way to do it
get some springs.... and dampers if your feeling in a happy mood
around the 200 upwards mark if at a garage?

Yeah cost me £200 including VAT, parts and labour to have my Westie lowered 40mm.

Once you get it lowered you must get it tracked up or your tyres will wear out very quickly.

if you have the speare cash i would get the garage to do it its a right hastlle getting them rusty torsion bars out
