   when the wheels are pointed straight forward the steering wheel is not dead centre but off to the right a bit can i correct this myself or will i have to take it to a garage and approx cost please

   garage would be best if the rack needs to be centered,you can also remove wheel and move around on splines be carfull of airbag remove battery
   earth before you try

   just pop off battery remove airbag module remove and re-centre steering wheel then the reverse!
