Respray + Alloy refurb

    Im looking to get a brand new mk2 front bumper and offside wing sprayed wicked red.

    And also gonna get the rear bumper and side strips colour coded.

    I got a quote today from a garage near me for £350 all in.

    Have any of you got any idea whether this is a good deal? or rip off?

    Personally i think its a pretty good deal.


    And also does anyone know anywere/one who can refurb vts alloys in or around the bristol/southwest area?

    Getting pretty desperate.

    i paid £170m for the front bumper and wing and he did a really goo job.

    sounds like a good deal, ive made a start on my alloy refurb, only done one so far hehe its quite exhausting, im sanding them by hand and ive just run out of paint stripper

    jay-vtr, how is it refurbing it yourself? Im planning on giving it a go, at the end of the day if it all goes pete tong ill have to pay to get it done. Isit worth using paint stripper?
