   Probably best to go to a breakers a buy a new gear stick, if you can't buy the bit you're after

   No you cant buy it seperate as its moulded to the gear lever, you can buy the lever with a new plastic bit. Its quite cheap actually!

   Is that from a breakers yard? As just checked on e-bay and there is 1 for £20 including postage
