Rear beam maintenance

   Hi heard that the rear beams on saxos are common to problems or even snapping, not sure how true this is, anyone shed any light?
   
   anyway if so then anything i can do to maintane the beam as ive just bought the car so unsure on how well its been looked after.

   never heard of one snapping.. but sure the bearings go etc... best bet is to check for play every month or so.. rebuild every 2 years maybe?
