I've seen a few vtr/s that have had their spoilers removed, was just wondering if removing this would make the back end even more slippy then it already is?, i keep thinking i need more down force on the rear of my saxo. If it does'nt effect much then i would remove mine
thanks
Removing Spoiler

#2the spoiler is there for a reason but if you were to remove it im guessing that the change wouldnt be that noticeable. If you take it off you can always put it back on so no harm done!
-
#3spoiler or no spoiler won't really make any difference on a saxo tbh
-
#4yer, cos it is kind of a pathetic spoiler tbh lol, but what about adding a new one, could any new one improve on the standard or just have a lil difference?
-
#5Some come with a spoiler some dont, mine doesnt have one and its a vts. I am putting one on my car, but i need a hole new boot.
I dont think you will notice
-
#6how do you remove the spoiler? just remove the two bolts on inside of boot window? but then how would i be able to fill the holes?
-
#7i think peeps just put grommets, there is a guide on here mate i think have a search
or you could get window repalced
-
#8i think i will go for the cheap option
lol. is the guide for prem users?

#10Either get a mk1 rear window fitted or use the bolts the other way round!
-
#11yea helped abit but where do you get gromits from to fit the holes? hmm the bolts the other way round dnt seem like it could look good unless you spray them to match
-
#12halfords? i have never done it mate i will keep searching
-
#13hmm thanks dude
