only one side has full beam? (hids)

   only one of my hids goes to full beam?
   
   is there a abvouse solution to this or is the product damage?

   Sounds like the connections are loose somewhere...
   Double check everything, working your way around the wiring and have a look from there
   
   You should be able to spot the fault and fix it easily
